Friends of the Shop
As a small, locally owned business, we love supporting other small, locally owned businesses. These are local places we have actually worked with, in no particular order. We do not receive compensation or consideration for listing them here, we just think they're good people doing good work. Check them out!

Port City Brewing
Our neighbors just down the avenue have been incredibly kind and supportive ever since we moved in, and that alone has earned our gratitude and patronage. It doesn't hurt that they brew some excellent beer! They also host 5k/10k running events, craft fairs, yoga, and have an on-site taqueria called La Tingeria which has become a staff favorite for lunch breaks. They also co-sponsor our biweekly Pedals & Pints group rides.

Upshift Workshop
Owned & operated by a phenomenal mechanic and human. We've been on semi-parallel journeys starting our bike repair businesses, and it's been really great to see her success. After starting a mobile repair side hustle, she quit her day job to pursue the business full time. She now has a brick &mortar space in Adams Morgan and hasn't looked back. Follow Leah at @upshift_dc for before/after inspiration, and look her up if you'd in DC and need some bike love.

Gibson Cycles
Gibson Cycles is our go-to for all things steel. Recent work includes a belt-drive conversion with a frame splitter which looks so good it's like it came from the factory that way. Bill can help with anything from adding rack and fender mounts, to a fully custom-built frame. Located in Ashburn and worth the trip!

Trike My Way
Trike My Way is one of the few places in the region where you can rent enough trikes for a small army and get a tour of the area in the process. From a full day on the C&O canal towpath to an afternoon of monuments and tourist sights in the District, Trike My Way has you covered.
