The Shrew is our seat bag built for big day rides on any terrain: gravel, singletrack, road, snow, whatever. The Shrew carries spare clothing and gear for the long haul with ease. It packs a mighty 2.25L capacity and weighs just 5 ounces. Mounting only to the saddle rails gives the Shrew maximum versatility and a near universal fit to any bike. Compatible with any seat post—dropper, suspension, aero, or high setback seat posts are no problem, the Shrew fits them all! Scaled down from our larger seat bags, the shrew features independent rail straps adapted from our larger bikepacking seat bags with added hypalon wings that wrap the upper saddle rails. The attachment straps connect to a fiberglass stay stiffening the bottom of the bag for compression. This system gives the bag great stability in a small size perfect for daily adventure riding. A roll top opening provides fast and simple access to your gear, plus a rear stabilization strap keeps everything locked down tight.

How it works: - The Spinelock stability system consists of three components: the saddle clamp, seat bag mounted "Spine" baseplate, and pin. - A low profile, high strength, forged aluminum clamp works in combination with precision IGUS bushings to form the pin interface. Twin forged upper arms, fastened by Torx-25 bolts, rotate into position above the saddle rails for easy mounting. - Resembling a spine ramp familiar to skateboarders, the "Spine" baseplate is made of an impact resistant UV-stabilized nylon and is integrated to the seat bag surface. The plate features two mounting positions to accommodate seatpost setback and saddle adjustments. To connect the bag, you simply line up your selected mounting position to the seat mounted clamp and slide the pin through the aligned holes. Attaching the side compression straps to the wings of the clamp fixes the pin in place and you're ready to ride!
