***###*** IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT AVAILABILITY of JAMIS BIKES: Many Jamis bikes are available for order, but are not physically on hand in the store because we are so small. We keep them active on our website so that you can purchase online and pick up in store in a few days after we receive and assemble it. PLEASE EMAIL OR CALL US if any questions or you want to verify what is on hand in the shop. ***###*** TAKES YOU ANYWHERE The dual-sport DXT's are pumped-up, go-anywhere/do-anything versions of our Allegro fitness bikes. With more gearing range to take on steeper hills and tougher terrain. Wider tires with a trail-capable tread for access to more riding areas, both paved and packed. And disc brakes and suspension forks for real off-road exploration and off-pavement adventure GIVING YOU A BREAK The advantages of disc brakes over rim brakes on a versatile bike like the DXT far exceed their sole disadvantage, weight gain. Besides their incredible power and modulation, they're just plain safer, especially in the rain. Once rims get wet or muddy, using friction to stop the wheel at its circumference is less efficient than using friction to stop a less wet or muddy small diameter disc near the center of the wheel from rotating. And eliminating the rim from braking surface duties results in a longer lasting wheel.

MP2 SUSPENSION Dual suspension platforms open up a whole new world of on-trail speed and control. Faultline combines our proven MP2 design, the suspension platform that's won us numerous industry accolades, and Bike of the Year awards, with 29? wheels and a smart spec. It's the perfect rig for the experienced hardtail rider looking to upgrade to a dual suspension bike, or for a new rider looking for a bit of a head start. ASYMMETRICAL CHAINSTAYS The Faultline's chainstays are asymmetrical, with an elevated straight stay on the non-drive side and a dropped curved stay on the drive side. The drive side must be dropped & curved to clear the chainring, but running the non-drive side straight from the dropout to BB pivot reduces weight while significantly stiffening the rear triangle laterally. This design also helps improve tire clearance. - Triple-butted 6061 alloy - 120mm travel mp2 suspension - Rock Shox Deluxe Select+ RL air shock with rebound adjust & lock out - Rock Shox 35 Gold RL 29”, Solo Air, lever actuated lockout, external rebound - Stan’s No Tubes Arch D 29” tubeless rims, Shimano SLX hubs - Shimano SLX, 12-speed - Race Face Ride, 32T crank - Shimano MT401 hydraulic disc brakes

VERSATILITY Renegade enables you to be a commuter in the morning, leader of the after-work group ride and take off for a 300-mile bikepacking expedition over the weekend. All with a single bicycle. With over 20 fork and frame mounts you can now choose to mount fenders, rear carrier, low-rider front carrier (or two cages for water bottles/storage) and three front triangle water bottles. Add clearance for 700 x 50mm and 650 x 2.00"* on our steel and aluminum models, and it's clear the Renegade series is equipped to accommodate any adventure. *Renegade carbon models are designed to accommodate up to a 700c x 37mm tire without fenders or 35mm with fenders. *Steel and aluminum Renegade models are designed to accommodate up to 700c x 50mm tires without fenders and 35mm with fenders. ADVENTURE FRAME DESIGN Starting with a wide and consistent stack and reach range, we set out to design a frame that could handle on or off road conditions while maintaining a comfortable and consistent ride. As you start to review the geo chart you will notice we have 3 different fork offsets, BB drops and rear center measurements depending on frame size. This is unique. We set out to ensure every Renegade rider will experience the ultimate in adventure bike performance regardless of their frame size. Most of our competitors simply design one fork and strap it to every frame size. While this may work just fine for a bicycle that's designed to be ridden with a single tire size (think a road racing bike), it significantly impacts the handling and ride quality of an adventure bike when swapping out your 28's for 32s, 40s or even 47mm tires. Add size specific tubing, where we vary the diameter of the frame tubing depending on frame size and 2 different sized rear triangles and you have what we feel is the perfect adventure geometry for all sized riders and the best riding adventure bike period. The long and tall endurance geometry is designed specifically to ride comfortably all day on the road or in harsh conditions off-road. With disc brakes and the ability to mount up to a 47c tire, these bikes are ready to go just about anywhere. All you need is the desire to push, pedal and explore. DEMO BIKE - RIDDEN 4 TIMES. You'd be the original owner so full warranty applies. The color is quite interesting; every time I take a picture it looks a bit different. Come check it out in person and see what you think! MORE POP, LESS FILLING We took the most playful bike ever to manual the earth and poured Pop Rocks into a mouthful of Mountain Dew. And an inline shock makes sure the pop don't stop. Bantam frame and build weights, plus a tyrannically steep 77-degree seat tube angle mean the Following is even faster up than it is down… even if that flat out seems impossible. WIN UP. WIN DOWN. FOLLOW NO ONE. Too many bikes are chasing the same Reach horizon as everything gets numbed into aircraft-carrier lengths, and every bike uses the same 65-degree headtube angle—XC to Enduro+, hardtails included. You might as well just pick by color. Not us. For the bike that started the entire shred-trail 29 movement, we can't hit the mute button on loud, fast, and fun times. We need to let the volume roar and the rally car needs to claw after every extra-credit popportunity it can't help but hit. And now, the rally car drifts uphill too. In updating the Following, we've kept what makes it so special: lightning handling, shameless pop, and that uncanny ability to be there before you've even decided to go there. But we added in that die-hard XC determination with an over-the-pedals 77-degree seat tube angle. It'll climb, and climb, and climb. And just like the Following we love, it's first to the beer cooler. Always. To do this, we actually kept the wheelbase somewhat reasonable—1,177mm for a size medium. But we still needed to add to the Following's bounce off the walls enthusiasm so we're spec'ing inline rear shocks. Fear not, you can run piggyback shocks, but inlines are full of shamelessly pop. Yes, we've said pop a lot. We like pop. We spec RockShox Deluxe Ultimate RC Debonairs and Fox Float DPS Factory EVOLs and the ramp is irresistible—dig deep, engage boost, gap farther. In designing around SuperBoost+, it didn't just stiffen things at speed, it allowed us to oversize each cohesive piece within the structural assembly. With everything bigger, and Evil's renowned time and weather defying dual row, Klüberplex filled, angular contact bearings, it's a sustainable ecosystem designed to withstand the rainforest. It also kept our feverishly fast 430mm chainstays and strengthened the rear wheel's bracing angle. We did not shy away from the hammerheads—this is, after all, Evil's trail bike and we don't do anything halfass here. There's full-on lockout routing for the rear shock, you can run a zero-stack headset, and we offer 120mm true lightweight fork option—a Fox 34 Step-Cast. We went fully internal, tube-in-tube for tidy housings and seamless set up and we shrank the direct-injection carbon chainguide into a svelte modern design wonder. Those who want lighter still—yep, you can take it off. This puts it in full Strava-seek-and-destroy, overly fit pedaler territory, but this is a Following we're talking about, and we made sure the Following is every bit the skateboard of the skinny dirt, slasher of the hidden line, defier of categorization destroyer. It's the king of pop, more so than ever with an inline rear shock, now just with an additional 18mm of wheelbase and 25mm reach stability. It lost weight and gained strength—who doesn't want that? And just like the original Following, it can't be compared to anything, it's too far ahead—not even in sight—up and down.
