They are designed for use with all cranksets with a 104/64 BCD interface, including Shimano, SRAM, Race Face, FSA, and more. These chainrings allow you to run a 1x system without chain retention issues. The specially designed narrow-wide tooth profile keeps the chain snug, allowing you to leave your chain keeper in the garage. They are crafted from CNC machined 7075 aluminum and feature an anodized finish for exceptional durability. These beautifully machined 110 BCD asymmetric 4-bolt chainrings are optimized for your 1x Shimano CX / road / gravel drivetrain whether you run Dura Ace 9000, Ultegra 6800, 105 5800, or Tiagra 4700. They are also offset for the ideal 1x chainline. - Fits 110 BCD Asymmetric 4-bolt Shimano cranks - Drop-Stop technology. On Wolf Tooth's patented wide/narrow chainring, the wide side of the tooth has maximum contact on the drive side which spreads the load and improves chainring life. The narrow side allows clearance for mud and debris which reduces friction. - Alternating wide/narrow tooth pattern prevents chain derailment Compatibility: - Fits 110 BCD asymmetric 4-bolt cranks - All sizes compatible with Dura Ace 9000, Ultegra 6800, 105 5800, RS510, Tiagra 4700 or 4703, Sora R3000 or R3030, and Claris R2000 or R2030 cranks. - 38-50t are compatible with 105 R7000, Ultegra R8000, and Dura-Ace R9100. You will need our 6mm bolts which are optimized for single ring mounting. - If using a 9-speed drivetrain use a 10-speed chain. These chainrings are f or Shimano GRX cranks. They feature our patented Drop-Stop design for the best wear life, chain retention, and mud clearance. Drop-Stop ST is specifically for the Shimano 12-speed Hyperglide+ chain, which is used by GRX 12-speed. Drop Stop-B works with all other 9, 10, 11, and 12-spd chains, including SRAM Flattop.

Since their release, the uses for these rings has expanded beyond cyclocross to commuting, gravel riding, and even full on-road applications with the giant 52t rings. - Fits 130 BCD 5 arm cranksets - Drop-Stop technology. On Wolf Tooth’s patented wide/narrow chainring, the wide side of the tooth has maximum contact on the drive side which spreads the load and improves chainring life. The narrow side allows clearance for mud and debris which reduces friction. - Alternating wide/narrow tooth pattern prevents chain derailment Compatibility: - These rings are for use with 130 BCD 5-arm cranksets. - Do NOT fit on the cranksets for Shimano DA 9000 / Ultegra 6800 - Not compatible with Campy CX10/11. - SRAM Exogram cranksets with inset nut must use stock fifth bolt + spacer(s). The Force CX1 bolt features a fifth bolt with 1x specific shoulder. This kit can be found online. - 38T important note: The chain may contact the spider arm slightly when using the 38T chainring (see last photo in the product images). We recommend filing a small chamfer on the spider arm but you can also just install it and let the chain do the work. This is only an issue with the 38T as the 130 BCD was designed for 39T smallest ring. - Stock 2x bolts will not work. You will need bolts like our 6mm bolts which are optimized for single ring mounting. The ring centerline is ~2mm from the ring's mounting face so they usually sit about 2mm closer to the frame than the stock big ring (depends on the stock ring) Use Drop-Stop B for all SRAM Eagle, SRAM Road and Transmission (T-Type) Flattop chains, 9, 10, and 11spd chains or 12spd KMC, Connex, Wippermann, Campagnolo. Recommendations - If you plan to ride in very muddy conditions, we recommend a chainguide or chainkeeper in addition to a clutch-type rear derailleur. Without these precautions, you may experience chaindrops and/or chainsuck.

Wolf Tooth has what you need in the form of a beautifully machined asymmetrical 96 mm BCD that provides the ideal 1X chainline of 49mm. Note - The 28T and 26T sizes will mount to the inner 64 BCD mounting position on these cranksets. Compatibility: - These rings fit on the Shimano XT M8000, SLX M7000, Deore M6000, or FC M5100 1x or 2x cranksets - Not compatible with Deore triple (3x) cranksets - If using a 9-speed drivetrain use a 10-speed chain (shifts and works well on a 9-speed drivetrain and fits the ring tighter for better chain retention). - Provide a great chainline on most Boost bikes. See this explanation for details. - Drop-Stop A models will reduce the chainline (inward towards the frame) from the Shimano specified chainline for the crankset: 26T-28T = -3mm, 30T-34T = -2mm, and 36T-38T = -1mm - Drop-Stop ST models will have the same chainline as the Shimano specified chainline - 10mm bolts are optimized for mounting this ring - Available in multiple tooth profiles for optimal performance based on your chain type.
