Detailed Full Body Measurements
Adjust seat height
Adjust fore/aft seat position

Installation of parts (parts themselves are not included of course)
Printed & emailed copy of bike measurements
(1) follow up visit with bike fitter for readjustments to be used within 30 days
(1) follow up visit with service staff for readjustments to be used within 90 days
Second bike? Get a second fit within (1) year of your initial visit for 50% off
| You should plan to be in the shop for 2 hours. Your fit session will include a mix of indoor/trainer and outdoor riding (weather permitting). Please wear your favorite cycling outfit, including shoes. There will also be a brief follow up visit scheduled for 2-3 weeks after your fit appointment so we can reevaluate and make any needed adjustments. We are unable to provide fitting services on bikes that need mechanical work. If your bike needs mechanical service before fitting, please let us know and we can accommodate - be sure to ask about tuneup & fit packages - save 25% by getting everything done at the same time. |
Our Fit System There are dozens of schools of thought about bike fitting. Our approach is to focus on you, the rider, by listening to your input and difficulties before we start throwing solutions at you for problems you're not having. We are low-tech; no AI guidance systems or fancy computer software here. We feel that the average rider can enjoy significant improvement in their cycling experience through basic adjustments, without the need for overpriced interventions. Don't get us wrong, there is definitely a place for more expensive fits using systems like Guru, Retul, Shimano, and others, but we've found that those systems are more than most riders need at first. Parts and Accessories
We have a variety of parts and accessories available to help your bike fit appointment be as successful as possible. Many of them are special order, but we have a bunch of things in store as well. The best outcomes occur when we plan and discuss purchases together first, then do a fit session, and then purchase products (stem, handlebars, etc). The parts themselves are not included in the cost of the fit session.
