There will also be a brief follow up visit scheduled for 2-3 weeks after your fit appointment so we can reevaluate and make any needed adjustments. |
Our Fit System
There are dozens of schools of thought about bike fitting. Our approach is to focus on you, the rider, by listening to your input and difficulties before we start throwing solutions at you for problems you're not having. We are low-tech; no laser guidance systems or computer software here. We feel that the average rider can enjoy significant improvement in their cycling experience through basic adjustments, without the need for overpriced interventions. Don't get us wrong, there is definitely a place for more expensive fits using systems like Guru, Retul, Shimano, and others, but we've found that those systems are more than most riders need at first. If you've been bothered by pain, numbness, tingling, or any other chronic discomfort caused by cycling, let us help you feel better!
